About Us
Healthcare Solutions 365 is a social care provider delivering person centred care services to young people meeting the range of low through to critical high support and high supervision needs. We provide semi-independent accommodation options for young people who wish to maintain and or obtain the necessary skills to become independent.
We provide specialist accommodation, care and support for young people with complex needs, as well as provide innovative, outcome focused, care solutions. Healthcare Solutions 365 offer vulnerable young people the opportunity to improve their quality of life and enables them to achieve greater independence.
