We enable them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions, concerning their present and future so they can achieve a successful transition into independence and adulthood.

16-17 plus

We are committed to enabling positive outcomes for clients aged 16-17 plus:

• Assisting in finding emergency/crisis accommodation

• Accompanying clients to important meetings or events such as court appearances

• Liaising with authorities/agencies with regards to benefits, bank accounts and other personal admin

• Monitoring progress and supporting Local Authorities in their provision of excellent care

• Assisting social workers and personal advisors in providing and implementing pathway plans

• Supporting clients with the tools they need to for future independent living

16+ learning disability supported living services

Housing and support for clients with learning disabilities or additional needs such as:

   • Young people
   • Homeless families and individuals
   • Differently abled
   • Mental health issues
   • Pregnant teenagers
   • Baby and mother
   • Unaccompanied asylum seekers
