  • Our Referrals team will make an initial response within the hour of your enquiry, exploring any potential vacancies that match the criteria provided.

 

  • Our Registered managers will then complete a robust impact risk assessment with the Responsible Individual to ensure the matching process is a success.

 

  • We encourage professionals and potential young people to visit our homes prior to any admission. Once the placement has been confirmed, the homes manager will complete a placement plan, robust risk and behaviour management assessments.
