COVID19

About COVID19
We are constantly reviewing our practices to ensure that we meet government guidelines as
well as our own high standards of safety for our clients with regards to Covid-19.
While things are changing on an almost daily basis, we remain committed to providing a
safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
We recommend that everyone:
- Follow the latest government guidance https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
- Contact NHS 111 if you are concerned about any symptoms that you might be experiencing
- Take a coronavirus test if you are unsure
- Wash your hands frequently, and use hand sanitiser where hand washing is not possible
- Keep contact with people outside your household to a minimum
- Where a face mask where requested and where possible, according to personal circumstances
- Ensure meticulous standards of cleanliness and clean any items which have been touched by people outside your household with standard domestic cleaning products
- Speak to your manager if you are concerned that you might be at additional risk
- Maintain contact with friends and loved ones over the phone where physical meetings aren’t possible due to self-isolation
- Reach out to people and ask for additional support if you are struggling with your mental health
